Can I use amber to store my church documents and videos?

Andrew - I take his question to mean two things: 1) are these items able to be stored in Amber? and 2) Am I allowed to store them there? I think you answered #1 but perhaps not #2. Of course, perhaps there should be a third question: 3) Is it wise to store archive them in Amber?
