I've created shortcuts for some of my searches, resources, and layout to my "vertical" toolbar, however they do not save. I am careful to "name" the folder contents consistently, but they don't save. Is this a known bug?
I don't have the problem, nor can I duplicate it. How do you know that you created the shortcuts if they don't show? Did you see the line indicating where they would be entered? If so, what was there when you released the drag-and-drop? If you had the opportunity to name the folder for them, you must have had a saved entry to edit? Or what am I missing in what you are describing? I'm assuming you expanded the more indicator for the shortcut bar.
There is a problem syncing shortcut folders. Does this fit your issue?
Indeed this is exactly the issue...I assume it has been escalated tor a fix
