Just upgraded to Logos 10 and the video on my training courses will not play, only audio. All other video displays (Disney plus, HBO Max, YouTube, etc.). I turned off my Ad blocker, still no joy. Ideas?

If it is please advise what type of processor do you have and what graphics card do you have

Enable Hardware Acceleration was set to off. I turned it on, and video is playing normally.
