change of synthesized voice in Android

I've changed the speed and tone of the synthesized voice in Android read aloud, but it leaves much to be desired compared to Logos in Windows and other voices in Android. Is it possible to change this voice in Android or are we limited to that voice alone with only changes in speed and tone?

Thanks. I hadn't thought that tapping "install voice data" would offer more possibilities, but it does. I did find one of the eight US English voices that was better than the default.

I wonder whether there are still more possibilities. I see endless entries after tapping "Open Source Licenses," but I still don't see any way of making another voice available. There must be something (else) I'm not understanding here.

Thanks; it definitely is better than the squeaky thing I had to listen to before.
