The Factbook tag visual filter in books impacts what you can and cannot see in the context menu rather than just what you can see in the resource panel. When the visual filter is turned off, the context menu does not show that there is a Factbook tag in the resource at the place where you right-clicked. When the visual filter is turned on, the context menu shows you that you have a Factbook tag on what you right-clicked.
This is inconsistent with normal Logos functionality. Usually visual filters don’t control or impact what we can see in the context menu. The context menu normally shows all data that the right-clicked item is tagged with regardless of whether the visual filter for that data is turned on or off.
Is this functionality intentional or is this a bug? If intentional I think this should be changed to show the Factbook tag data in the context menu independent of the visual filter. That's the main benefit of the context menu, to see all the data an item is tagged with and be able to execute functions/tools on that data (like open the Factbook or do a Search).
