Custom styling preview and applied colors don't match up

The custom styling color previews (for underlining at least) in the highlighting sidebar don't accurately reflect the actual that appears when text is highlighted. See the strong difference in the blue text underline preview compared to the underline in the text.

That would appear to apply to Dark theme. I have no issues with the System Theme in Windows.
