Is it just me or does anyone else experience a log on error to the forums site from every outside source? As long as I maintain my existing log on I'm good, but if I try and establish new access I consistently experience an error.

Is there a work around to reach the forums landing page? It would be helpful to have someone from FL address this issue directly. I called Customer Service, but the rep said that they were unable to reproduce this problem on their end.
Beloved - we're aware of this issue with a very small number of users, but we're really struggling to understand exactly what's causing the problem.
