Keyboard shortcut for inserting/removing bullet in Sermon Builder no longer works

Hi, I used to do a CTRL-SHFT-8 to insert a bullet or CTRL-ALT-0 to remove a bullet in Sermon Builder but now it no longer works. I use these shortcuts very often in preparing my sermons. Please restore or create new shortcuts for bullets. Thanks.

This has been resolved in 23.2.
