No it isn't. What are you trying to achieve?
I find the Logos notebooks to be not a large enough workspace.
While you can't open a Word Document in Logos you can drag one onto your shortcut bar so that it is always ready to open.
Notes can be resized to provide as large a workspace as MSWord -- perhaps as a floating window to not take the space from resources.
