These errors resulted in miscommunication (on my part) in the forums. The concept error can be attributed to the term not yet being edited. The writing error is more likely attributed to sloppiness, misreading, and/or ignorance. In both cases the correct classification is a group of people.
Misinformation is damaging; missing information is merely annoying.
