BUG? Lectionary translation

1) ESV has never been my choice for anything but somehow became what the lectionary show here

2) When I opened the lectionary (on the ribbon) it opened the NRSV - which could be what I left the lectionary pointing to and/or my current preferred Bible - it is the disconnect to the ESV that puzzles me

3) Why do I get a search window to change translations?

4) Why can't I actually change the translation to the NAB (for US)

5) Is it me or Logos ... I swear this all worked logically earlier.

It opens to whatever was my last choice (NAB, NRSV etc)

No bible opened for me.

It appears you can change it, but you are asking why doesn't the patriotic choice stick?[:)]

My questions are:-

If I change the bible why do all Lectionary references stick to my preferred bible?
If i change preferred Lectionary in Prioritize why does the ribbon refer to the RCL but open the new Lectionary?

1) It uses the preferred Bible, or the last Bible selected in that panel.

2) When no other panels are open, opening the Lectionary from the HP ribbon will also open your preferred Bible.

3) In case you want to view the readings in another translation.

4) The NAB in your screenshot is the correct NAB.

The search window is to search the list of Bibles. If you have a large number of them, it's quite helpful.

This controls only the scripture text that appears in the lectionary, not the destination of links within the lectionary or the Bible that comes up when the lectionary is opened from the ribbon. These are still controlled by your resource priorities.

Interesting. To me, it looks like the ribbon actually displays the correct lectionary, but the popup that appears when I hover over it is wrong. No matter what lectionary I've prioritized, I get the RCL when I hover over the date or season and the Catholic Lectionary when I hover over the title of the celebration. Is this what you're seeing? I'll report it.

You got that one right. [:$] I'll claim temporary diminished capacity - my cousin's stepson was killed in Afghanistan on Sunday and we're taking Dad back home for burial this weekend. (He nearly made it to 98 and was lucid up to the day before he died - can't do much better than that.)

You are very appreciated, MJ; and I've just spent a few moments praying for you and your loved ones. (My Mom went home to the Lord at the age of 97 last may.) Will repeat those prayers in the next few days and add a bit to them. Thank you for your serving us here in this forum and the old Logos 3 forums.
