Create Scripture Index for a whole book

I would like to create a "Scripture Index" for a whole book of 155 pages. (Light from the Greek NT)

I would like to select the whole book, "Save as passage list" > compact > export.

I can do little pieces at a time, but can it be done more efficiently?

Have you tried Cntrl+A to select the whole book? Then in your passage list, add from selection. Don't go through copy or export as they have page limits.

Yes, I tried, but it did not work for me.

I can only select what is on the screen I am on.

I can't find the limit but using the shift (select text holding down shift ... use scroll bar to go to end of chapter and select last word) to get an entire chapter selected, then add by selection works for me. Somewhere between a few chapters and an entire book, there appears to be a limit.

Strange. While Ctrl-A doesn't work, simply keeping the left mouse button clicked and scrolling down with the mouse wheel does allow selecting all pages for me. I made a PL and shared it, so check out https://flshare.net/o86yd3
