Missing Notes Icon in Bible Navigation Menu?

I'm reading the online documentation for the Notes tool. There's a section on "Filter Resources by Notes or Highlights" where it shows a Notes Icon in the navigation menu for a bible.

In my bibles, I don't have a Notes Icon in the Navigation menu.

I am on version 24.0.14.

Do I have something set up incorrectly, is the online documentation for a different version, or ????

Just click on the icon marked at the upper left to open the sidebar then on the note icon in the sidebar header

Yest, that's where I clicked, and it's not there. That makes me think I have something setup incorrectly, but I don't know what.

I'm on the Fundamentals set. It's not always clear from the documentation what the requirements are for certain features.
