BUG - Passage List in Logos 24.1.21 is (still) messing up text when scrolling down

In Passage List when scrolling down the text is mixing up. See picture.
Logos 24.1.21 on MacBook Air M1 Ventura 13.3.1
Content and Program scaling in settings 100%

Resizing window or scrolling up straightens it out, but will return again when scrolling down. Annoying!

Seems to be happening in Passage List and on Mac only. What could be the problem causing this?

The bug is already existing in 23.1.33, see this thread: 1249967.aspx.
