Previously, I could move a saved layout up and down the left side of the Layouts pane, but it appears that all I can do now is make a new shortcut on the toolbar. Did this change?
I don't think we ever could in the layouts menu. Are you thinking of Favorites where you can place them. P.S. There is already a thread in the forums on the topic ... no need to duplicate it.
