I am trying to do a word study on loneliness and can’t find a Greek and Hebrew term. Any suggestions?
Simply open a BWS and enter the word loneliness ... you may need to change the translation or the word form to get answers. My results for lonely in the NRSV.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you see when you try what MJ suggested above? The Greek words are provided in that Bible Word Study when she entered the English word.
Not knowing whether this question is inwardly (personal curiosity) or outwardly (homework assignment) motivated, I would think this question may need to be addressed thematically rather than etymologically.
A place to start with that (a thematic approach) is by entering loneliness or lonely into Factbook. There you'll find links to articles and key passages in the Bible. Those may (and are lonely to) introduce other related words. Taking those words and doing a Bible Word Study (BWS) like MJ showed will help identify Hebrew and Greek words that you can then study.
