Typo reporting tool is not visible or available:I'm afraid typo reporting is not currently available on mobile.
I see the same in my Logos 27.0 on Android - but only if I select multiple words, like Randy did above. If I only select one word, the report typo button comes up in the selection menu at the rightmost spot.

They said they added it back in this thread: Here
As N.B. Mick notes, it seems you have to select a single word rather than a whole sentence.

Sorry Randy - I hadn't seen that thread before responding here.

No problem. I appreciate that you acknowledged the question to the best of your understanding.
The Report Typo feature is not designed to function for multiple words
I don't use the mobile so I can't test but how is word defined - by spaces or by lexical unit? i.e. can one report a missing hyphen?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Only by selecting one of the two words and then offering a detailed explanation. To me it is awkward to report a typo but only be able to select a portion of what constitutes the typo. It makes it seem questionable as to whether the actual typo will be recognized as such.
