Resource Footnote Popups Open Far Away from Click

For about the last month, when I click on a footnote in a resource, the popup info window appears in random locations.

Here is an example of what I mean in a Bible resource. It appears in front of the next module over:

I can confirm this as well. Windows 10. It has been going on for about 3 weeks for me.
