Am I misremembering that years and years ago, Logos used to have some kind of a "summarize" function? I may well be thinking of some other software.

Thank you, Graham [I] !!! Yes, it was the old Libronix I was remembering. And I'm so glad you have called this current thread to my attention!
I loved that feature where I could set a ratio of condensing so that I could read a 10% or 25% or 50% summary.
