When the toolbar is placed at the Left it can be minimized or maximized only by clicking the little arrow at the bottom. I have noticed on Microsoft Edge, when you place the tabs on the left, they can be minimized or maximized by simply hovering over that left hand bar. No specific place to click needed. Just suggesting/hoping that the same could be done by Logos.
