Indexing??

I installed Beta 2 and when it indexed my resources it only indexed 71 resources (I have 1621 resources). Beta 2 is installed on the same machine as my Logos 3. The machine is a TabletKiosk slate tablet PC running Windows 7 32-bit. Is there a way to force it to discover all my resources? I can't seem to find the option in Beta 2 version? Help?
