I have BHS open and I right-click on any Hebrew word (tried different ones). then click on Show Information. Immediately I get the "Logos Bible Software 4 has encountered a problem" message and I have to close the program.

Are you on Beta 2? I have opened all 5 versions of the BHS on my computer and can't replicate this. Which BHS are you using?
I am in Beta 2 and am using BHS Morphologically Tagged Edition (BHDMORPH).
And I just tried the same thing in the other 3 BHS that I have, and I get the same result.
Well, Damian, your response got me thinking and I found out that the problem is not the individual resource, but apparently the function itself. I just tried to right-click on a Greek word and did "show information" with the same result. Then I did it on an English word in the ESV and clicked on "show information" with the same result!!!! So, the problem is not the resource, but the "show information" request! What can I do?
I can confirm this; any greek or hebrew word/show information crashes my system
