How do I Open/Add OR Close/Remove a Tile
Do you mean on the homepage or somewhere else?
Drag & Drop seem to do most of what I want.
I will experiment before taking any more of your time.

Right click a tab and select "Close all tabs" to close a tile. Drag a tab, Shortcut, Favorite or Library title to re-populate.
For completeness, the layout menu rearrangement/sometimes add should be mentioned.

The top portion of the layout menu show standard physical layouts. If you have 2 tiles open and chose a 3 tile layout, you will get a new empty tile.

I thought that was what you meant, but the expression "sometimes add" was confusing.

The new one will not be empty if the existing tiles have tabs e.g. the existing two are rearranged and some tabs are moved to the new one.
