Organizing and Finding Books

In L4 desktop version, it is easy to find books or types of books. I mostly use the iPhone app as an e-reader. I have looked around the forums but have not seen this discussed, so sorry if it has and I missed it.

I want to be able to make a collection of books on the desktop version I want to read. Then I want to be able to find that collection on my iPhone. Maybe I have not messed around enough on it, but I have a hard time with the library function on the app.

Any thoughts? Can this be done?

I thought I found an answer on my own, but so far it is not working.

Under favorites on in L4, there is a section called "mobile favorites." I put a few books there and forced a sync. Then I opened up my iPhone app, thinking I was pretty clever, and then nothing. There are no favorites listed at all. I closed the app a couple of times and forced it to re-sync, but no deal.

Am I on to something and just missing a step or is this not the way it works?

Favorites don't seem to be working the way they are supposed to, and the problem seems to be inconsistent from one user to the next. I posted some requested information, and am waiting for Dave to respond.
