I wanted to do a new installation so I downloaded the M series, but when I try to log-in It says unable to connect.

I'm not sure why it won't log in.
Others may be able to check your log. But a temporary fix to get you back up is to press down on the control key and with the key pressed, down, open logos. This will open the sign in box. Once that is open, just sign in and you come to a blank logos screen. Click on the default layout and you are back up and running
Hi Philana
Was your computer online when trying to log in, was it behind any sort of firewall?
And, sorry, I'm aware you know about these requirements but thought I would ask!
Graham
Is the computer time set correctly?
Yes, the date and time is correct. I don't think I was behind any firewall. I also cannot do the holding the CMD button down on my Mac because this is a new install, I wouldn't have any content.
Recognizing Philana's already quite knowledgable:
- Caps lock?
- Does your login work on app.logos.com?
Thanks!
No that's not on.
No, I double-checked and logged out of the web app and logged back in using the same credentials.
I'm not sure what is causing it.
If you were logged in (in order to log out) it would suggest you have the wrong/different credentials. Do you have Company credentials and you are trying to use private credentials? Do they enable you to login to Faithlife or logos.com?
Your next step would be Customer Support.

No, I used my personal account. I don’t have any other account. I will contact CS. If I can log in to the web app then those same credentials should work with the desktop app. It’s the same ones I’ve used for years.
