Resource shows as on "this device" when it is not downloaded

To free up some disk space, I removed certain Logos resources from my computer. In the Library Browser, some of these resources still show up as on "this device", yet in the Information panel, the Download button is enabled, which suggests the resource is not on the computer. Indexing is fully done.

The only way to remove them from the list of resources listed as on this device is to restart Logos. Is this intended behavior?

I regard it as a workaround, because there is no warning about the need to restart. And I've discovered that the resource is not physically removed until the restart.

A simple message would be helpful, similar to the one that says searches may not be accurate until indexing is completed.

This is confusing, since the circling arrow followed by a check mark, sure makes it look like the resource was deleted.

It is even more confusing that if you click on the resource in the Library browser, it says "this book is no longer in your library." That is actually not an accurate message -- the book is in your library, but just not on this particular device.

Anyway, all of this confusion could be resolved with minor message changes.
