I'm trying search for instances of Jesus referring to God as His Father, while missing out the idea of God being 'our' or 'your' Father.
Is this possible?

I'm trying to find verses that relate to God calling Jesus His Son, such as
"my Son", or "my beloved Son", etc.
Is this possible too, and what would be the search syntax for this?

Found the answer to my own question this time,
my NEAR Son
Hi Matt
Try father IN (speaker:Jesus INTERSECTS addressee:God)
Similarly you could try
(my NEAR son) IN (speaker:God INTERSECTS addressee:Jesus)
Ths ensures that references to "my .... son" are those where God is speaking to Jesus

These results surprise me. I would have expected that using addressee:Jesus would miss out on all the ones where God says "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased" because God is speaking in the third person, so I always assumed he was speaking about Jesus to the gathered crowd, not necessarily to Jesus (though of course Jesus would have been included in the crowd who heard the voice).

The tagging consistently includes Jesus together with the audience (except Mk 1:11), but it is surprising that the audience is omitted at Lk 3:20. I class that as inconsistent because only the form of the address is different i.e. second person.
