The library icon is not working correctly; if you click on it and click to open it, the whole function disappears. I must open it for a second time to prioritize/organize my translations.

It works as a toggle - click once to open it. The second click closes it. The third click reopens it. I.E. "if you click on it and click to open it," drop one of these two clicks.
