On page 32/Chapter 3 in St. Irenaeus of Lyons: Against Heresies, Book 3 the first footnote will show "some information" IF and ONLY IF you hover over it. BUT, when I click the footnote number (1) it will not open to the fn reference.

It doesn't for me either. The whole reference to Clement, ... 44 is showing a preview of 1 Cl. 44 on hover,
but when I click it, it won't go there but only give a bibliographic thingy like so:
This I do consider a bug, but didn't understand Milkman in the OP to refer to this, it's one level deeper than he described.
