I have, by mistake, installed a notebook called "Notebook: ESV Text Changes", and want to remove it.
How do I do that?

Thanks for the answer, but there it shows the note as locked, so the delete function is grayed out.
I followed a link from Logos forums, and it was shown as an add-on to Logos.
