Hymns in Philippians

I have heard of Philippians 2:6-11 being called a kenosis hymn, Christ hymn, and a Christ song. What is the correct assessment of this discourse? I read some web sources but did not find anything that touch on this. Where can I find other hymns like this one in the biblical text?
