Audio book sleep timer

Is there a reason why logos doesn't have a sleep timer on the audiobook player? For the price of the software and the cost to build a library this should be included. I like to listen to audio books at night this just might persuade me to buy my audiobooks elsewhere.

Yeah it's a feature that has come to be expected of all platforms that host audio books or podcasts, such as spotify, apple podcasts, audible etc. This has been suggested before, you can vote for it here on the feedback site. Would love to see it, along with a few other common features the audio is lacking.
As to why they haven't implemented it yet, no idea. Probably just not high on the priority list. And yeah, I use Audible almost exclusively for audio books because it's a much better experience and more feature rich. I'll still grab the free audio books from logos each month if they are interesting, but I haven't listened to them yet.

Before Logos would implement the feature, you can use third party application to get Logos audio reader switch off after designated time. On my Samsung phone I use SleepTimer App. I am sure Apple will have similar apps. The one I use works perfect for all media applications. You start Logos reader and then activate the SleepTimer for given time you set up and it stops the Reader in the given time.

'Siri - Set sleep timer for (whatever)' seems to work for me.
