An update of 3.8GB is unusual. Did you have a subscription or a trial end recently?

About half a GB of that comes from updates of a bunch of Interactives that happened yesterday.
Not sure what else could fill up the remaining 3+ GB. But once you update, you'll be able to click on "Resources update in the last 7 days" and find out what it was.
I've been getting several 100 resources updated at frequent intervals. I've assumed some mass-update of resources in underway.
Aside from the interactives I have not been having this experience.
