passage guide crashes Logos 10

I have tried several times to open a passage guide for 1 Corinthians 2. Each time a message appears that it may take some time while the program is indexing, then Logos crashes. Any help?

It's been a long time since I have been around as I retired from Pastoral Ministry in 2013. Am now serving as an interim pastor for a great little church and am using Logos a lot again.

We will need some more details, like version of your Windows/Mac and your version of Logos. And some logs .

Does it crash with other passages?

Thanks Dave, it crashed with multiple passages, tried rebooting my system still no joy. Then this morning everything worked again. Windows 10. not sure how to get logs. anyway, functional for now .

In my post you will notice that the words "some logs" are blue in color, indicating a hyperlink. Click that to find an article on logs.
