Sermon Assitant Questions hindered by Handouts

I like the discussion questions feature with the new Sermon Assistant. I was assuming that when I inserted it's questions and marked them "Include in Handout" that they would be included only in the handouts, but they still show in Preaching Mode. I don't need to see these when preaching. I'd prefer not to have two sermon documents - a clean manuscript and another filled with questions.
