Back button on Library tab

Is there a way to click back on the Library tab instead of searching again?

For example. In my Library tab, I had all resources by ML Jones open. However, I searched my Library for other authors, books etc. after the MLJ search. I did this several other times.

Is there a way to 'arrow' back to get to the Library search fore MLJ instead of typing Lloyd-Jones again?

Press the Undo shortcut for your platform, as many times as you need to to get back to what it previously said in the search box of your Library. For Windows, that's Ctrl+Z. I'm guessing Mac would be Cmd+Z but I'm not sure.

That kind of works. The only thing with Ctrl+Z is that it reverses one keystroke at a time. The Show History might be something to look at too. Too bad the "Library" in the Show History didn't display what that search was when you hover over it. When you hover over a resource in the History dropdown that displays the article.

A specific Show History feature in the Library might be something you'd want to request on the Feedback board.

I've never known about this. I've just tried it in a bunch of places including Guides and it is really helpful.

Don't forget that Ctrl+Z along with Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V are system wide shortcuts. That means they will work in any programme that has not deliberately disabled them.

You might try the effects of adding Shift to the mix - Cmd+Shift+Z undoes an undo on my MacBook.
