When I come across a really beneficial piece of a resource, such as a Bible Dictionary or a journal article, I want to include a link to it within the Bible text. How can I do that using Logos?
Use the standard Notes function.
How is that done? I do not understand that function.

Is notes in Logos like Microsoft Word? I do not understand how to use the functioning tool.
Is notes in Logos like Microsoft Word?
No. IIRC Word has footnotes, end notes, and comments but not notes. OneNote is the usual MS note tool, I think; I've never used it. Did you try to follow the video in your Logos application? Where did you "get lost"? I can't answer a generic "I don't understand". You showed some understanding at Notes and Word Studies - Logos Forums and Taking notes while reading - Logos Forums
I select the text, copy, and paste it in a new note, and I anchor the note to the Bible reference. The citation info in the copied text is a direct link to the text in its original location (you will lose the live link if you use the Paste without formatting option).
Here is what it looks like:
(ETA: I have no idea why the image is so large 🤔)
It is a good quality image as it can be expanded in another browser tab (Firefox). The size in the thread is about right
