Are the saved layouts in L7 not accessible in the Web app?

I have money Saved Layouts in the desktop version, but Saving a layout doesn't appear to be available in the Web Edition.
To save a layout in web app you simply bookmark the page in your web browser. Then used the link to return to the layout.
