ATTN LOGOS: Update on release of AR151 Audio?

I bought this bundle on September 1st, and the audio of AR 151 was not released yet. It's been over 4 months. Will this be released, or are we to get a refund for it? This was the one I was interested in!

Can I get an update on this, or at least an acknowledgment it's not coming out so I can get a refund?

I have more questions about this course...
I purchased AR151 a very long time ago. Yet the audio shows as unowned.
I've purchased many courses in the past, and whenever an audio resource was released later, it was given to owners of the course for free. Like receiving free Logos editions for owners of the eBook edition. Has this policy been changed?

If you bought the bundle I linked to in my OP< you own it - it shows for me as owned. Yet, the asterisk said it was not out yet. That was a long time ago and counting. Yet, I can't get anyone from Logos to respond. I may be escalating this, this week if there is no reply. There's a word for companies that sell you something, then don't deliver it and give you no idea when they will.

I also own AR151 but the audio shows as unowned for me as well

In rare cases, it can take years, but in my experience, they always deliver.

I am really getting rather upset that there has still been no reply from Logos.
Maybe it would help to cross-post in the Mobile Ed forum, since this is more specific (answers from Logos are more frequent in specific forums than in General.
Have joy in the Lord!

Don, I'm sorry about the lack of response on this. The issue was brought to the attention of our product team, and they have been looking into it. Currently a key team member is out of the office, but we should be able to update you on the situation once they return.

The course by itself doesn't include the audio (which explains why I don't own it.)
The bundle lists the audio separately, not as part of AR151...
That's really weird. If I had to speculate, I'd say that this specific course doesn't have an audio version, and is not supposed to receive an audio version, since the videos rely heavily on visual details of archaeological sites and artifacts. And a mistake happened with bundle configuration.

Thank you Andrew! I appreciate the reply, I'll wait to hear what they say.

This does look like a mistake. The audio versions of these courses are typically (always?) included when we purchase the courses. And producing the audio-only version should be a relatively easy task.
It seems really odd that the AR151 audio version was not included in our course purchase AND it seems odd that the audio version is not yet available. Head-scratcher scenario.

Hi Andrew, is there any update on this AR151 audio program yet? Thanks!

Hi Don, we are still digging into this. I'll post an update here as soon as I have more information.

Hi Mitch, it's been another 6 weeks. Is there any resolution to the whereabouts of the AR151 audio? Thanks.
Hi Don, we are exploring what (if any) options we have. This course is very visual and we're not confident it will be a good experience as an audio only solution.

Thanks Mitch. Should there just be a refund for that audio, and bring it out separately if it ever makes it out of production?
