From Canon to Concept (Systematic Theology, vol. 1)

I received this book yesterday. I browsed a few pages and I noticed that the formatting, e.g. paragraph indentation, bold sub-titles, were missing if you compare it to the hard copy. I don't know if someone proofread it before releasing it. I hope this will be corrected.

    Another thread, maybe 3 weeks ago, mentioned this same issue, to which I appended 'Salvation,' by Schreiner + Morgan.

    L seemed to wish to reformat the books listed.  I asked if I would lose my highlights upon formatting, + was told no.  

    Quality Control is not an option, like L may think.
