Do you mean actual Tags or what is indicated by the drop-down (below)?
The support page is misleading as it states "Factbook Tags are part of all Bibles and resources in Logos. To toggle Factbook tags off and on in your resource, select
." That may be true, but many Factbook icons expand as follows:
If I create a Tag the drop-down does not expand to include "Created by users" and the appropriate "People", "Places", etc. The support page states that will happen for bibles, but that is not so (using D-R). The same is true for books with Tags from other users (Factbook Tags Search is the only way to know where they are in many books!).
It seems that only bibles with an RI will have meaningful drop-downs.

Dave, are you going to create a bug report or shall I?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Tagging as indicated in the Support notes does not seem to exist or be functional in some Bibles. DR, AMP, Emphasized, CJB, KJV (WS ED.), NJB, etc.
I haven't spent much time on this, but all those above are NON-RI.
The Factbook toggle does nothing. Selecting choices as indicated in your screenshot does nothing that I can detect.0 -
