Sidebar has gone missing

Hi folks. For some reason my sidebar icon has disappeared, and I can no longer use the "translate" feature. I've scoured the forums and can't seem to figure this out. Any help would be appreciated.

(One thought: When my version was Logos 9, I was "Platinum." It seems that, after the 10 upgrade landed, I lost my "platinum," because I'm always being offered package upgrades that are below that.)

I think, from your post, that you did have access to the auto-translate feature but you don't have it anymore. Is that correct?

This was introduced in Logos 10 and required, I believe, Logos 10 Gold or higher.

When you upgraded to Logos 10, did you do this via using the free engine upgrade or did you purchase a Logos 10 package? If so, which one?

You won't have lost any of the features you had in Logos 9 Platinum but that, as you have seen, wouldn't automatically move you to Logos 10 Platinum.

Did you have a subscription to Faithlife Connect (or similar) that has now expired? If so, that could explain why you are no longer seening the option.

Hmm. I think you've hit on it. Yes, I did have a subscription to Faithlife Connect, for 2-3 years, but no longer do. That must be it. Guess I will have to do without, at least until I can afford to go Platinum... again.
