BUG?: two morphologies under a single lemma?

The searches generated seem to imply there should be two lemmas, but as I don't read Hebrew I may simply be confused by this anomaly

I think this is as expected; one tag for form and one tag for function.

There are some instances in Greek where a form is ambiguous and may be parsed multiple ways; in these cases (depending on morphology) multiple tags may also be used. (Some morphologies make a choice and only have one option in such cases).
