ATTN LOGOS: Longstanding website bug

I've noticed this on so many product description pages in the past I haven't bothered reporting it. But it is SO common (though not universal; only with ebooks), that I figure it must be a coding error in handling descriptions for ebooks that come over directly through the feed from publishers.

The problem is the blurbs from people recommending the book are duplicated.

Here's just one example (but I'm guessing it happens on most if not all ebook pages):

https://www.logos.com/product/193510/call-for-justice-from-practice-to-theory-and-back

Notice there are blurbs from 16 people:

  • Ray Carter
  • Ken Wytsma
  • Kristen Deedee-Johnson
  • Bishop David Zac Niringiye
  • Ali Noorani
  • Stephan Bauman
  • Huguette Labelle
  • Matthew Soerens
  • John Wingle
  • Shirley Hoogstra
  • Krisanne Vaillancourt Murphy
  • Gary VanderPol
  • Gary A. Haugen
  • Michael Le Roy
  • Ivy George
  • James D. Nealon

And then that entire section is repeated. Not just a minor glitch, but kind of annoying, because it means it takes you a longer time to scroll down to the Product Details and About the Authors.

Here's another example (the very next ebook page I went to; confirming my theory that it happens on all of them):

https://www.logos.com/product/218684/good-tools-are-half-the-job-the-importance-of-theology-in-chaplaincy-and-pastoral-care

The whole chunk of blurbs from these five people is repeated:

  • Richard Mouw
  • Matthew Kaemingk
  • Erin Dufault-Hunter
  • Michael Welker
  • Cory Willson
