Is it possible to have two sets of bibles for different highlighting purposes?

Hello. My inquiry may seem odd but I am hoping there is a possible solution. I am studying Biblical Counseling and would like to be able to highlight passages based on my studies for the purpose of counseling. However, I want to keep those highlights separate from my own personal studies. I was looking to use the ESV Bible "twice" (one copy for counseling highlights and another for personal). Sometimes I may highlight the same passages but for two different purposes. I am not sure if that makes sense. Is that possible or is there a way to create to sets of "highlights" within the same Bible?

You could create two versions of a public domain bible as Personal Books for your purposes. With the ESV, I would suggest having two different Notebooks for the highlighting because you can control which Notebook will be active. This works even if the same passage is highlighted for different purposes (you still have to enable the correct Notebook).

Welcome to the forums Simply place the notes for different purposes in different notebooks. You can then display one or the other or both on a Bible as you see fit. Notes Tool – Verbum Support should help.
