I think it is. The Saved-for-Later-List is treated as another wishlist by Logos. So open your wishlists from the Logos.com store page and you'll see one of them is called "Saved for Later" - as any other wishlist, it can by sorted by date added up- and downwards as well as by price up- and downwards
