Has the ability to chat online with customer service been removed or is it just not available on the weekend?
I think it is only available during normal business hours. After hours, email cs@logos.com.
It wasn't available during normal business hours Saturday. I was on the site earlier on Saturday and it wasn't available.

Sorry, when I said normal business hours, I meant daytime Monday-Friday. I don't consider weekends normal business hours.
