Is there a way to make and import custom slide templates into Logos 9 for Sermon Builder. I am guessing this is an unsupported shoehorn operation but I bet someone knows how to do it.
early weekend bump 7 - I think I've seen this done but I wasn't paying attention.
I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're asking for or not, and if not, please provide me additional details as to the steps you're hoping to take.
However, if you have a current sermon document with slides that you want to replace with your own design, you can click "Edit" on that slide which will open the Media tool. On that page, in the top toolbar, there's a button titled "Upload Media" that you can choose. From here, you can upload your own slide background. Once you have uploaded it, and you have the "Body Text" as you want it to be, make sure to click "Update Sermon" in the upper left of the Media tool. This will take you back to the sermon document where your custom design is now implemented.

I am assuming this would be standard Power Point slides. If so I will give that a try. Thank you so much!
standard Power Point slides
My experience has been that One needs to export your PPT slides in an image format (JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF, TIFF) in order to import as User Media.
Once you have uploaded it, and you have the "Body Text" as you want it to be,
Is there a reason why my HEADER/SUBHEADER slide (2 text windows)
changes to a BODY TEXT (1 text window) when I apply my User Media?
A PPT file export sounds doable. Thanks Dave.
I use Keynote (for Mac) and build my slides there (similar to Powerpoint). I then click on thumbnail and COPY. Then PASTE into sermon. MUCH MORE SIMPLE than what I used to do ("add slides from selected text" and then uploading individually).
Hello, is there a way to save the changes on the template (like font change) so I won't need to make the same changes over again for other slides? Thank you.
