I'm not sure exactly what you are referring to - but it could be worth checking if Show Banners (in Program Settings) is set to No
Clicking the X on a banner should permanently dismiss it. Is it coming back for you after being closed?
It does so for me daily. Every morning when I pull up Logos, I have to click out of the banner.
Same here. I have closed it a few times. Pops back up. Maybe on a new day, or on a new install (using beta). I'm not sure.

It would also be nice if they went away automatically if you are already signed up for the webinar. I am getting emails and the banner asking me to sign up for what I already signed up for.

Yes, daily for me. However, I am currently on Beta. FWIW - I am also on macOS, if that makes a difference.
Pop-ups in the desktop app? I was thinking this was referencing the Logos.com website. I've never had pop-up ads/banners on the desktop app. I almost want to try to turn them on, but then I'm afraid they would never go away, lol.

We have created a case for the banners reappearing issue. We will report back here once we have a fix in place.

I am still getting the banner. Daily.
I was, but am not any longer. (I'm on Mac, running the current beta of Logos).
I still get the banner regularly about the new product launch. Having closed it down it even opens itself up again later on.
After having clicked the little X to dismiss the banner. I have not seen it since even after restarting Logos and restarting my computer.
They come up on my computer every time I open the program. The only exception is when I don't have the main page with all the advertisements come up. Meaning I have a blank page come up on start up.

In other news, we have gone from bad to worse. How many popups on Logos.com now? OK. Just two. But one is too many. Can't I just click where I want?
From bad to worse, I agree. I find these pop-ups on Logos.com to very ill-mannered. Sometimes I'm already typing in the search box and there comes a pop-up to throw me off ... how rude is that? 😔
