Sermon Editor features

I am fairly new to Logos, coming from Accordance.

I take it that the Sermon Editor has been around for some time, but it is quite limited. For example, a text editor ought to have simple features like find/replace. I can't seem to find what I am looking for in the sermon document unless I do a global search outside of sermon editor window. I think the sermon editor needs some serious improvement.

Just a bump. I was hoping the upgrade to v.37 would bring some improvements to sermon editor, but it doesn't seem to be the case. I hope this gets addressed soon.

Does the Android mobile app have the ability to edit sermons in the new upgrade? I know the iPad one does... but I've been waiting to see it arrive with Android

Yes - this is now available on Android tablets, not phones

Someone who has upgraded with Max cannot see it also. I'm on a Samsung S7+ tablet and Logos App 1370000144

Yes - this is a subscription feature

Bible Study Builder*
- Bible Study Builder is a new tool that helps you create discussion questions for a small group Bible study. The questions sidebar allows you to type in a Bible reference, and it returns a list of possible questions that can be added to the Bible study editor. These questions come from Bible Study guides from the user’s library, and users can choose to generate more questions using AI if they wish.
- From there, you can move questions into your Bible Study document, reorder them, edit them to reword them, and add your own questions, notes, or additional text or headings. At the end of this process, the output can be shared or exported.
- Editing can be done online and offline. This feature is available on phones and tablets.

After I restarted my tablet, the functions are now available. Probably it would have been enough to just restart the app.

ah, okay. so a subscription required. It isn't an unreasonable ask when it comes with the base tier of subscriptions / requires cloud features to function. I'll have to give it a go and see if it is good enough to replace how I use OneNote currently

I actually don't think one is required. It was a feature sold in Logos 10 so you might see if your base package from there includes it.

If you are not seeing it I believe it is still in beta testing and you'd have to change your app settings to get access to it for now before a stable release comes out.

I have now paid my subscription, restarted the application. It is all there and working perfectly. Prior to this change I had no text editing capability while having sermon viewing ability. I'm not sure I ever saw it as a feature for Android tablets with a Logos 10 package. I know it was for iPads.
